1. Who These Terms Apply To

Welcome to Dumbbells and More. These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the rules for browsing our website, creating an account, and buying products from us. By using dumbbellsandmore.co.uk or placing an order, you're agreeing to these Terms in full.

3. Using Our Site

You're welcome to browse and shop with us as long as you:

Use the site for lawful, personal, or legitimate business purposes only
Give us accurate details when creating an account or checking out
Don't attempt to disrupt, hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the site's operation

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these conditions.

4. Product Listings

We work hard to keep descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing accurate across every dumbbell, kettlebell, rack, and bench we list. Occasionally mistakes happen, a price may be mis-keyed or a spec sheet outdated. Where this occurs, we reserve the right to correct the listing and, if necessary, cancel any order placed against the error before it's dispatched. You'll always be told and refunded in full if this happens.

5. Placing an Order

An order isn't confirmed the moment you check out, it's confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email. We may still decline or cancel an order after that point if:

The item is unexpectedly out of stock
There's a pricing or listing error
Payment fails or is flagged as suspicious
We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity

6. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required before we dispatch your order, see our Payment Policy for details on accepted methods and processing.

7. Delivery

We ship across the UK using tracked couriers. Full timeframes, costs, and coverage areas are set out in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window on most products, described fully in our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Promo Codes & Offers

Discount codes are valid only within their stated period and can't be backdated to previous orders.
Only one discount code may be used per order.
Free shipping on orders over £130 applies automatically at checkout, no code needed.

10. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site, product photography, written content, logos, and branding, belongs to Dumbbells and More or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our site or products. Where liability does apply, it's capped at the amount you paid for the relevant item.

12. Your Account

Keep your login details private and let us know straight away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

13. Third-Party Providers

Our store runs on Shopify and relies on third-party partners for payments (e.g. PayPal, Shop Pay) and delivery (courier partners). Their own terms apply alongside ours where relevant.
