Returns

  • We’ll provide the correct returns address on your RMA email. Please don’t send goods back without an RMA—bulky items usually need a booked collection and specific packing.

Complaints

  • Email us with “Complaint” in the subject line and your order number. We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days and resolve within 10 working days. If we can’t resolve it, we’ll signpost an appropriate ADR provider.
