Shipping Policy — Dumbbells & More

This page explains how we deliver your order and what to expect for heavy gym equipment.

1) Delivery areas

  • UK Mainland: most products delivered.

  • Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland & Channel Isles: available on many items; surcharges or longer timeframes may apply.

  • We currently do not ship outside the UK.

2) Processing times

  • In‑stock small items: dispatch in 1–2 working days.

  • Large/heavy items (e.g., dumbbell sets, racks, benches, machines): dispatch in 2–5 working days; delivery may be palletised or a two‑person service.

  • Pre‑orders/back‑orders: we’ll show an estimated inbound date and update you if it changes.

3) Delivery services

  • Standard courier (parcels): tracked service; time slot where offered by the carrier.

  • Pallet / kerbside: the driver places goods at the nearest safe point to the property. You’re responsible for moving the goods indoors and any assembly.

  • Two‑person room‑of‑choice: available on selected items/postcodes after access checks (may add 3–7 working days).

4) Access & missed deliveries

Please tell us about any access restrictions (stairs, narrow doorways, parking limits, low bridges) before dispatch. Missed or failed deliveries due to access issues may incur a re‑delivery charge.

5) On arrival — check your items

Inspect packaging before signing. If there’s visible damage, note it with the driver and take photos. Report damage or missing parts within 48 hours so we can help promptly.

6) Multi‑box orders

Sets and machines often ship in multiple cartons and may arrive on different days.

7) Shipping charges

Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, service and postcode. Optional upgrades (e.g., named‑day, room‑of‑choice) are non‑refundable for change‑of‑mind returns.

8) Delivery delays

We chase carriers proactively, but extreme weather, peak periods or events outside our control can cause delays. We’ll keep you updated.

9) Click & collect

Not available—we’re online only and do not operate a public counter in Runcorn.
