  • "You" / "Buyer": anyone placing an order via dumbbellsandmore.co.uk
  • "Goods": any product listed for sale on our website

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of checkout, we don't currently offer part-payment or pay-later options. Your order will only be processed and dispatched once payment has cleared successfully. Legal ownership of the goods stays with Dumbbells and More until payment is received in full.

Keeping Payments Secure

All transactions run through encrypted, PCI DSS–compliant payment gateways. We don't hold your card details on our own servers. If your bank flags, delays, or declines a payment, your order will be paused until it's resolved, we'll email you if this happens.

3. Pricing & Tax

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
  • Shipping costs, if any apply, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
  • Eligible discounts and promotions are applied automatically at checkout.

We do our best to keep prices accurate, but if an error slips through, we'll contact you before dispatching anything affected by it.

4. Shipping Costs at a Glance

5. Currency

All transactions are processed in GBP. If you're paying with a non-UK card, your bank may apply its own currency conversion and charges, these aren't something we control or receive.

6. Failed or Disputed Payments

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed through your bank (a chargeback), we'll get in touch to resolve it directly wherever possible before any formal dispute process begins.
